A lead is lost for many reasons that aren't a final "no": it wasn't their moment, they got busy, there was no budget then, or follow-up failed. Circumstances change. Who couldn't in March may be able in September.
Reactivating is cheap: you already paid for that lead once. Recovering it doesn't cost a new lead, just a good message at the right moment. It's among the most profitable things you can do.
How to reactivate them
- Segment: separate those who showed real interest from those who never fit.
- Give a new reason to talk: an update, an improvement, an offer, not "still interested?".
- Switch channel: if email didn't work, try WhatsApp or phone.
- Treat as warm, not cold: they already knew you.
